NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION FEE POLICY. procedure prices/cancellation fee is payable if you have committed to an appointment in our diary (no exceptions):

We base our entire day around you and on the agreement that you are a reliable, suitable candidate for our procedures. It is your responsibility to: show up ready willing and able as per the agreed appointment you have laid a deposit down for. You are to meet procedure requirements as per medical questionnaire which is on this website and in our Studio, to sit through the entire procedure, and to be of 18 years of age otherwise the full procedure cost is still to be charged or a cancellation fee at our discretion to be made payable by you, as this time was allocated just for you, and another potential paying customer could of taken your place.

The time spent in deriving the booking e.g. facebook inboxes, text messaging, email correspondence, price quoting - this all takes up time which we are happy to do this for you, but when you cancel or requirements are not met, it puts all effort to waste.
